I'm currently working as a Mobile UX Designer for PayPal, Inc. in Boston MA focusing on user experience, interaction and visual design.
I feel more comfortable in a process that requires as little documentation and overhead as possible and that involves a well-assembled team that feels invested in providing a positive user experience, has the support to succeed and the respect to be trusted to do what's right within their field of expertise. My ideal process involves absorbing user and business needs & goals, designing and building fast!, putting a version of the product in front of users to gain feedback and improving it by adding meaningful chunks of value based on metrics and user conversations - Repeat until the death of the project.
